The Board of Directors believes that the VABLN hinges on a fundamental business principle - success breeds success. When employers discuss the success and benefits to their organizations of hiring job candidates with disabilities, then other employers are inspired to do the same. Our board is therefore comprised of leading business executives, participating employers, as well as representatives for state and local government.
