Workforce Discovery: Diversity and Disability in the Workplace is an in-depth "train-the-trainer" event, focused on disability awareness, with the employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) integrated throughout each of five training modules:

  • Typecasting: Understanding Disability

  • Legal Implications: An Overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act

  • Reasonable Accommodation

  • Etiquette: Communication and Interaction

  • Best Practices for Trainers

This training is for those who serve in a training capacity. It is expected that participants will conduct at least one training using the materials during the following year.

Cost is $125 per person, and includes the training manual and all materials, as well as continental breakfast and lunch both days. Payment can be made either through PayPal (see below) or via check, money order, or purchase order (see registration form in either Word or text format below for details).
